PIP Andrea Riseborough has joined the cast of the Paramount+ drama “9/12,” which follows the David vs. Goliath legal battle that exposed corruption and won justice for 9/11’s ailing first responders.
The “To Leslie” Oscar nominee joins Jeremy Strong in the six-episode limited series. She plays Molly, a resilient wife who is deeply concerned about her family’s future and the health of her husband, a former NYPD cop. She demands help and finds hope in the legal expertise of renowned class action attorney Jason Smith, played by Strong (“Succession,” “The Apprentice”).
