AMC Networks CEO Kristin Dolan Arturo Holmes/Getty Images AMC Networks has revealed C-suite pay for the company that operates cable networks AMC, IFC and Sundance TV and streaming services like AMC+ and Shudder.
CEO Kristin Dolan earned $12.5 million in 2025, compared with $8.69 million in 2024 and $14.6 million in 2023, the firm disclosed in a regulatory filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Dolan, who was named chief of the company in February 2023, received a base salary of $2 million last year, the same as in 2024. She also received stock awards worth $4.2 million, compared with $2.3 million in 2024. Plus, Dolan received $6 million in non-equity incentive plan compensation — a cash bonus — last year, compared with $4.2 million in 2024.
Dan McDermott, the AMC Networks chief content officer and the president of AMC Studios, made a hair under $5 million in 2025. His base salary was nearly $1.6 million and his bonus was $2.6 million. McDermott’s stock awards were about $759,000. Each were up some from 2024, when McDermott’s whole haul came in a bit below $4.2 million.
Kim Kelleher, the AMC Networks president and chief content officer, made $3.93 million, all-in, in 2025. She made $4.05 million in 2024. Kelleher’s salary has been consistent at $1.3 million. Her bonus was $2.2 million.
The company’s streaming subscriber numbers stood at 10.4 million as of the end of 2025. “Streaming is now the largest single source of revenue in our domestic segment, a significant milestone and inflection point in the ongoing transformation of our business,” Dolan said about 2025 in February.
Dolan’s key priorities have been optimizing financials and brand impact by making AMC hit content available as widely as possible — including through licensing to other companies, while also looking for opportunities for further streaming subscriber growth, as well as broad distribution.
AMC has been deemphasizing its linear TV channels in favor of niche and targeted streaming platforms like the horror-focused Shudder, the international crime and mystery-focused Acorn TV, anime-centric HIDIVE, as well as its flagship AMC+ service for premium scripted TV, Sundance Now, and ALLBLK. In October, Dolan signed a contract extension through 2028.
