West Ham boss Nuno Espirito Santo has told reporters Crysencio Summerville, Jean-Clair Todibo and Callum Wilson are all "improving" and could be available.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka is back in the fold after DR Congo allegedly refused to release him for last week's FA Cup game against Leeds, while Dinos Mavropanos is clear of the concussion protocol.
Wolves head coach Rob Edwards confirmed goalkeeper Sam Johnstone is suffering with a "shoulder issue" and could potentially miss the rest of the season.
Defender Matt Doherty has picked up a "niggle" so he won't feature, nor will winger Enso Gonzalez, who has been out for two months with a knee issue.
Players out: West Ham - Fabianski Wolves - Doherty, Gonzalez, Johnstone
Doubts: West Ham - Summerville, Todibo, Wilson
Key FPL notes:
Since gameweek 25, no defender has kept as many clean sheets as West Ham's El Hadji Malick Diouf (£4.1m, four). The Senegalese full-back has also produced two assists in that time.
In the last four home matches, no forward has produced as many assists (three) or created as many chances (eight) as West Ham's Jarrod Bowen (£7.6m).
In the last four gameweeks, only one midfielder has a higher points-per-start average than Wolves' Joao Gomes (£5.3m, 8.0). The Portuguese has racked up a goal, two assists, five bonus and two defensive contribution points in that time.

Brentford v Everton (15:00 GMT)
Team news to follow...
Key FPL notes:
Brentford's Igor Thiago (£7.3m) is running Erling Haaland (£14.4m) close for the 2025-26 Golden Boot. The Brazilian has plundered 19 goals this season, just three fewer than Haaland.
Dango Ouattara (£6.0m) has created four big chances for Brentford over the last four gameweeks, the joint-most of any FPL player except Bruno Fernandes (£10.3m).
Everton's James Tarkowski (£5.7m) has earned 36 defensive contribution points this season, which is bettered by only Marcos Senesi (£5.1m) among defenders.
Burnley v Brighton & Hove Albion (15:00 GMT)
Burnley head coach Scott Parker has a lengthy injury list that includes long-term absentees Zeki Amdouni, Jordan Beyer, Josh Cullen, Connor Roberts and Mike Tresor.
Hannibal Mejbri is still out with a thigh problem, Josh Laurent is suspended after his red card against Fulham, while it remains to be seen if Axel Tuanzebe is fit enough after his World Cup play-off heroics for DR Congo.
Brighton boss Fabian Hurzeler - himself suspended from the dugout - must do without his captain Lewis Dunk, who has picked up 10 league bookings.
Stefanos Tzimas and Adam Webster, both of whom have serious knee injuries, remain sidelined, but Jack Hinshelwood has shaken off a knee issue and is available.
Players out: Burnley - Amdouni, Beyer, Cullen, Hannibal, Laurent, Roberts, Tresor Brighton - Dunk, Tzimas, Webster

In the last four home matches, only two midfielders have attempted more shots than Burnley's Jaidon Anthony (£5.0m), with 14.
Zian Flemming (£5.3m) has scored three goals in his last four matches for Burnley, amassing 24 points.
Brighton Danny Welbeck (£6.2m) has scored four goals in his last four starts. After this weekend's game, Fabian Hurzeler's side play twice in gameweek 33, so it's no surprise he is the most transferred-in player of the week.
Liverpool v Fulham (17:30 GMT)
Liverpool head coach Arne Slot has said goalkeeper Alisson won't be available this weekend but is "working hard to find his way back into the squad".
The Reds remain without three defenders because of long-term injuries - Conor Bradley (knee), Wataru Endo (foot), and Giovanni Leoni (ACL) - although forward Alexander Isak made his return off the bench against PSG in midweek after almost four months out.

Alex Iwobi's (£6.4m) 28 shots and 39 chances created are both among Fulham's top three players this season.

A trio of defenders are absent for the Magpies - Emil Krafth (knee), Fabian Schar (infected foot), Sven Botman (facial fracture) - but midfield pair Lewis Miley and Sandro Tonali are fit.
