Everyone wondered what Justin Bieber would do in his first massive performance in years, fans delighted as they guessed how Karol G would approach her historic show as the festival’s first Latina headliner, and people placed their bets over whether Katseye member Manon Bannerman would perform with her crew or not.
Between all those questions and speculation, Coachella packed in other surprises with a slew of special guests, like it does every year. Unlikely names appeared at just about every corner of the festival: Will Ferrell showed up in Sabrina Carpenter’s kitschy, cameo-filled mega set on Friday night, Camila Cabello came out to sing “Havana” for the first time in years with Young Thug, and Tems and Wizkid punctuated Bieber’s anticipated moment. In between, there were stars like Becky G, MIA, Joe Jonas, Lizzo, David Lee Roth, and so much more popping up all around the fest. Here’s a list of everyone who showed up.
